Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Operations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities to document and enhance business processes related to learning and development operations
• Serve as the process-focused lead across initiatives, maintaining project timelines and coordinating resources
• Develop materials to support understanding of new processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in business process design, operations analysis, or project management
• Experience with compliance-related learning requirements (e.g., NASBA, CPE) is beneficial
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and Microsoft applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (high school diploma required)
• Certifications in process improvement or project management are beneficial
