Learning Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Operations Specialist to support the development and delivery of high-quality educator learning courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee post-production of educator learning courses and maintain production schedules
• Manage long-term planning and monitor progress for timely delivery of course materials
• Collaborate with technology teams to optimize learning platforms and provide support for system updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education technology, instructional design, or a related field
• 5 or more years of experience in education or related fields
• Experience with learning management systems, preferably Canvas and Articulate products
• Knowledge of ADA compliance standards and WCAG guidelines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
