Learning Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support IT operations and governance, the full-time remote Learning Operations Specialist will manage operational processes, design and deliver training programs, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational processes and governance frameworks to ensure quality and scalability
• Design, develop, and evaluate technical learning programs and onboarding experiences
• Lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
• Familiarity with IT operations and technology governance
• Proven project management experience, including planning and stakeholder coordination
