Learning Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a six-month project engagement, the part-time Learning Operations Specialist Contractor will manage LMS administration, program logistics, and learner support, ensuring smooth rollouts of new learning platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Sana LMS, including course configuration and learner access management
• Support program logistics for learning initiatives, including enrollment and scheduling, while coordinating communication and production calendars
• Respond to LMS support inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or People Operations
• Proven experience managing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot LMS workflows and integrations
• Experience applying AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Strong skills in reporting and data analysis within LMS platforms
