Learning Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the administration and continuous improvement of Clinical Education and Corporate Compliance learning programs, the full-time remote Learning Operations Specialist will manage learning activities, maintain records, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administers and maintains learning programs and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Coordinates the development, updates, and deployment of training materials and e-learning content
• Collaborates with stakeholders to support learning initiatives and identifies opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning and development operations or related fields
• Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS); Brainshark experience preferred
• Proficiency in maintaining learning records, reporting, and completion tracking
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning content management preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
