Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Learning & Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluates the impact of employee learning and development programs using key performance indicators
  • Assists in the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning solutions
  • Partners with stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or learning performance consulting
  • Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles
  • Experience using content authoring tools and learning technologies
  • Ability to work cross-collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization
  • Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or performance consulting is preferred
