Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates the impact of employee learning and development programs using key performance indicators
- Assists in the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning solutions
- Partners with stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or learning performance consulting
- Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles
- Experience using content authoring tools and learning technologies
- Ability to work cross-collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization
- Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or performance consulting is preferred
