Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Platform Administrator & Migration Analyst for the Medical & Scientific Community (MSC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to support MSC learning needs
  • Support the learning platform evaluation, RFP activities, and migration of learning assets
  • Generate reports on learner participation and ensure compliance with training records
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in LMS/LCMS/LXP administration and content management
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in a regulated environment
  • Experience supporting learning platform transformations and migrations
  • Familiarity with content migration methodologies and tools
