Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Portfolio Manager who will act as a strategic architect and liaison between global business units and the Product and Technical Learning organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of contact between various stakeholder groups and advocate for the learning portfolio
  • Manage the lifecycle of learning assets and ensure alignment with market trends and business goals
  • Develop and prioritize roadmaps for learning offerings based on business impact and resource availability
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Product Management, or Technical Program Management
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to synthesize diverse stakeholder requirements into a unified strategy
  • Proven relationship management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to analyze data to connect performance metrics with business outcomes
  • Technical familiarity with project requirements and understanding of relevant product categories
