Learning Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Talent Development Product Manager (Skills Enablement).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and business case for skills enablement products
• Act as the primary liaison between Learning & Talent Development and other business units, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Lead Agile product development efforts, managing the product lifecycle and optimizing learner experience

Required Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in skill enablement, HR, or talent management
• Experience with AI-enabled learning technology platforms
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
