Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Product Manager Lead to oversee the platform learning experience for customers, partners, and internal practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems
• Design user experiences that provide targeted knowledge based on real work context
• Collaborate with various teams to translate learning goals into scalable platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in product management or UX-focused product roles
• Demonstrated experience owning a product area end to end, including strategy and roadmap development
• Experience with learning systems or training platforms
• Strong UX instincts and experience collaborating with designers and researchers
• Comfort working with data to define metrics and analyze user behavior
