Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Professional (Shared Branch & ATM) to support the learning and performance consulting needs of financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute training strategies for onboarding new clients and deliver programs based on adult learning principles
• Conduct pre/post conversion analysis and develop comprehensive learning plans while acting as a liaison between clients and internal staff
• Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with subject matter experts to align training programs with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Adult Learning, Education, or Business Management, or equivalent experience required
• Two to five years of training and development experience, including needs analysis and program delivery
• Two years of professional experience in financial services
• Experience with a learning management system
• Knowledge of payment processing and associated systems preferred
