Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Program Design Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a learning strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Create a framework for training program design incorporating adult learning principles
• Assess development needs, monitor learning effectiveness, and align professional development objectives with learning paths

Required Qualifications:

• Expert-level knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design
• Experience in program design within a Learning and Development context
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in Learning and Development, including DEI integration
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience
