Job Summary
Coordinating enterprise training programs, the part-time Learning Program Coordinator will manage logistics for virtual and onsite training events, administer courses within the Learning Management System, and ensure seamless learning experiences while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate learning programs from planning through delivery and post-session follow-up
- Manage logistics for virtual and onsite training, including scheduling and participant communications
- Administer courses within the Learning Management System, tracking enrollments and learner progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of experience coordinating corporate learning or large-scale events
- Experience administering an LMS or Learning Experience Platform
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
