Learning Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and delivery of leadership development programs for US Commercial teams, the full-time Learning Program Manager will coordinate virtual and in-person training experiences, manage project timelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support leadership development programs, including logistics for training sessions and learner engagement activities
• Assist in developing and executing training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, and leadership capabilities
• Track attendance, learner feedback, and program data to assess impact and identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, or project management
• 2+ years of experience supporting Commercial or leadership development programs in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Proficiency in applications such as Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
