Job Summary

  • Create and manage diverse training programs and curricula

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or learning and development
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation
  • Experience in evaluating training effectiveness using data analytics tools
  • Strategic thinking ability to contribute to the company's vision for learning and development initiatives
