Learning Programs Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Programs Manager to lead the development of training programs for a nationwide network.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop online and blended learning modules aligned with training goals
• Oversee the operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring compliance and user experience
• Support and manage virtual trainings and webinars, ensuring accessibility and smooth delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or related field (master's preferred)
• 5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or eLearning management
• 2+ years administering Brightspace (D2L) or similar LMS
• Proven ability to create accessible content meeting WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 standards
• Hands-on experience producing or managing webinars and virtual trainings
