Learning Programs Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting global education initiatives, the full-time Learning Programs Specialist will manage academic program inquiries, coordinate internal training sessions, and maintain learning content across various platforms while working remotely on a one-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from professors and students regarding SparkED licenses and ensure a positive experience for academic users
• Manage the technical enablement inbox, coordinating internal training sessions and onboarding for new hires
• Upload and maintain learning content across customer-facing and internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in learning operations, program coordination, customer support, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working across multiple systems and tools, including LMS platforms
• A proactive mindset focused on improving processes and user experience
