Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Project Manager to oversee the planning, development, implementation, and assessment of global training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and ensure training delivery aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct detailed gaps and needs analysis to identify learning objectives and assess post-training initiatives
  • Ensure consistency in training design and execution while providing feedback and best practices for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Car Rental, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in Project Management or Learning & Development preferred
  • Proficiency in creating and editing training content using Articulate Storyline authoring tool
  • Ability to report business information and metrics as required
  • Experience in conducting performance and compliance reviews
