Job Summary

Supporting the Learning Services team, the part-time Coordinator, Learning Services will execute LMS operational, administrative, and delivery support processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of training programs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support routine LMS builds, updates, and configurations using documented templates and established standards
  • Manage learner enrollments, assignments, and course lifecycle updates while maintaining catalog accuracy
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Learning Inbox inquiries and troubleshoot common LMS issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in administration, operations, or a related field
  • Experience working within structured processes, SOPs, or administrative workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology systems and processes quickly
  • Experience using or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
