Job Summary
Supporting the Learning Services team, the part-time Coordinator, Learning Services will execute LMS operational, administrative, and delivery support processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of training programs in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support routine LMS builds, updates, and configurations using documented templates and established standards
- Manage learner enrollments, assignments, and course lifecycle updates while maintaining catalog accuracy
- Serve as the first point of contact for Learning Inbox inquiries and troubleshoot common LMS issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in administration, operations, or a related field
- Experience working within structured processes, SOPs, or administrative workflows
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology systems and processes quickly
- Experience using or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
