Learning Solutions Lead

Job Summary

To enhance team effectiveness and patient experience, the full-time remote Learning Solutions Lead will design and deliver innovative learning and performance solutions while partnering with clinical, operational, and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to assess performance needs and develop targeted learning solutions
• Lead the design of high-impact learning experiences and blended learning solutions for enterprise-wide initiatives
• Establish measurement strategies to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, or talent development
• Proven success in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level learning solutions
• Experience in partnering with business leaders to assess performance needs
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
