Learning Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the onboarding experience for new case managers, paralegals, and attorneys, the full-time remote Learning Solutions Specialist will design and deliver training programs that ensure quick productivity and ongoing skill development while collaborating closely with case teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding for case managers and paralegals, focusing on essential systems and communication standards
• Develop onboarding programs for attorneys that align with firm case strategy and expectations, in partnership with senior legal staff
• Implement ongoing training based on performance metrics and quality assessments, ensuring continuous improvement in staff capabilities

Required qualifications

• Experience in a personal injury law firm or similar professional services environment with credentialed staff
• Proficiency in case management systems like Filevine or equivalent CRMs
• Demonstrated ability to create training for both process-heavy and judgment-heavy roles
• Strong instructional design skills, including needs analysis and curriculum development
• Ability to collaborate with senior subject matter experts while maintaining ownership of training design
