Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver training through various methodologies, including classroom and remote sessions
• Manage assigned curriculum to ensure content relevance and alignment with business strategy
• Design and develop instructional materials and conduct needs analysis to address training gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent knowledge required
• Experience using AI-driven tools and technologies strongly preferred
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) strongly preferred
