Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for front-line leaders and individual contributors
  • Create engaging and interactive learning content for continuing education
  • Partner with leaders to assess training needs and develop programs aligned with company goals

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in HR, Talent Development, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR
  • Experience with learning needs analysis, design, and training facilitation
  • Strong experience in performance and talent development programs
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
