Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement onboarding programs for front-line leaders and individual contributors
Create engaging and interactive learning content for continuing education
Partner with leaders to assess training needs and develop programs aligned with company goals

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree in HR, Talent Development, Psychology, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR
Experience with learning needs analysis, design, and training facilitation
Strong experience in performance and talent development programs
Bachelor's degree preferred
