Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist to design and deliver training programs and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create training content and knowledge resources for front line staff
• Facilitate training sessions, including onboarding and refresher training
• Consult with management to evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, training, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in a related field
• Certification in facilitation, adult learning, or project management preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and adult learning principles
