Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist to support the Training and Development team in creating and delivering effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs across the plant and enterprise
• Assist in assessing organizational and role-based development needs
• Collaborate with leaders and departments to identify training needs and help plan training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in training & development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; or 2 years equivalent experience
• Effective facilitation and presentation skills for classroom and virtual audiences
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple training initiatives
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting training programs in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred
