Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist who will assist in the creation, production, and facilitation of training content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the production of training initiatives, including content creation for eLearning and live event facilitation
• Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to create and produce training materials
• Deploy courses to learning management systems and create engaging PowerPoint presentations for sales training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Aptitude for organization and resourcefulness
• Strong skills in technology-based tools for creative design and training implementation
• Familiarity with learning management systems and LMS-approved creation software preferred
