Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of training content and live event facilitation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training materials for sales professionals
• Deploy courses to learning management systems and create engaging training experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Aptitude for organization and resourcefulness
• Strong skills in technology-based tools for creative design and training implementation
• Familiarity with learning management systems and LMS-approved creation software preferred
