Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, facilitate, evaluate, and manage training programs across the organization
• Facilitate training to employees at all levels within the organization, including leading new hire orientation
• Serve as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator and maintain HRIS and LMS learning records

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role with exposure to training and instructional design
• Experience facilitating virtual trainings and managing a Learning Management System
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles
• Experience in developing training materials
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
