Job Summary

To empower employees through impactful training programs, the hybrid Learning Specialist - Claims will manage and deliver engaging training initiatives, design instructional materials, and collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate various training programs, including classroom sessions and virtual platforms
  • Design and develop high-quality instructional materials and courseware for diverse learning experiences
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, providing data-driven insights for improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a specialized field
  • 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or a related area
  • Prior Casualty claim handling preferred
  • Experience using AI-driven tools and technologies (strongly preferred)
  • Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) strongly preferred
