Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Specialist - Virtual - Insurance Support (Licensed Required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training for licensed/unlicensed agents
- Ensure agent-level training standards are met and maintained
- Create training materials, assessments, and communication documents
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting classroom training
- Experience and knowledge in Insurance
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve issues
- Hold a Personal Lines OR Property & Casualty OR Life & Health insurance license AND/OR Adjustor license
- Currently in a Learning Specialist role
