Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist - Virtual - Insurance Support (Licensed Required).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training for licensed/unlicensed agents
Ensure agent-level training standards are met and maintained
Create training materials, assessments, and communication documents

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting classroom training
Experience and knowledge in Insurance
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve issues
Hold a Personal Lines OR Property & Casualty OR Life & Health insurance license AND/OR Adjustor license
Currently in a Learning Specialist role
