Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist - Virtual - Insurance Support (Licensed Required).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training for licensed/unlicensed agents
  • Ensure agent-level training standards are met and maintained
  • Create training materials, assessments, and communication documents

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting classroom training
  • Experience and knowledge in Insurance
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve issues
  • Hold a Personal Lines OR Property & Casualty OR Life & Health insurance license AND/OR Adjustor license
  • Currently in a Learning Specialist role
