Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Strategist (Remote - NC).
Key Responsibilities
- Defines learning or talent strategic plans for business units, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Develops and oversees tailored talent solutions, evaluating effectiveness and recommending adjustments as needed
- Builds productive relationships with leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance business performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- Financial Services experience is preferred
- Demonstrated success in partnering with executives to implement strategic talent solutions
- Strong understanding of skills-focused talent practices and industry principles
