Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Strategist (Remote - NC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Defines learning or talent strategic plans for business units, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Develops and oversees tailored talent solutions, evaluating effectiveness and recommending adjustments as needed
  • Builds productive relationships with leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance business performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • Financial Services experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with executives to implement strategic talent solutions
  • Strong understanding of skills-focused talent practices and industry principles
