Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Strategist to drive alignment between business goals and enterprise learning strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary learning consultant for business units, translating strategies into targeted learning solutions
- Own and manage the learning portfolio, ensuring program relevance and alignment with strategic needs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate learning impact through data-driven storytelling
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in L&D or Talent Development, with at least 5 years in a consulting, strategic, or leadership role
- Demonstrated experience leading learning strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning measurement methodologies
- Strong data storytelling and analytical skills, with experience creating learning dashboards preferred
