Learning Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Strategist to serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert in content solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Client Success Managers to identify and deliver client content strategy engagements
• Develop and manage Statements of Work for client content strategy projects, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Lead client-facing seminars and workshops to promote content adoption and generate new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, client consulting, or learning services, preferably within associations or educational organizations
• Experience working with or within associations, understanding their unique structures and content needs
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver innovative solutions
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
