Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement - Leader, Content & Learning Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global AI Content & Learning Strategy, integrating generative AI and adaptive learning
• Partner with senior leaders to align learning outcomes with business objectives and performance metrics
• Lead a team of instructional designers and strategists to deliver impactful learning initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in learning strategy, instructional design, or enablement
• Experience leading large-scale learning or content transformation initiatives globally
• Familiarity with AI technologies in learning contexts, including generative AI and content automation
• 5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams of learning professionals
• Proficiency in using learning technologies such as LMS/LXP platforms and AI-driven tools
