Learning Strategy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Strategy and Emerging Talent Specialist to support technical learning within the claims organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging microlearning content and videos for claims technical training
• Publish and maintain digital learning resources and monitor engagement metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in training content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, multimedia, learning and development, organizational development, or educational technology
• 2+ years of applicable experience in insurance or financial brokerage
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Experience in developing and following individual work plans
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
