Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Strategy Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to enable an exceptional development culture
• Manage multiple projects to support Enterprise Learning strategies
• Support the creation of learning content across various modalities

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in learning, facilitation, or coaching
• 2 or more years of operations and/or project management experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Experience in building effective cross-functional partnerships
• Quick learner with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
