Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Success Associate to support their Customer Registration and Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for learners and partners via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage communications and support onboarding for new course and video agreements
- Prepare presentations and track data on learner engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer success, or related roles
- 2-4 years of experience in K-12 education or a deep understanding of the educator perspective
- Comfortable using CRM tools; experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
- Able to build relationships and offer tailored support in a consultative manner
- Experience in consultative inside sales, particularly with complex or intangible products
