Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Supervisor to lead and support a team of Learning Specialists within the contact center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflow and responsibilities of Learning Specialists, providing guidance and support
- Assist with administrative duties, performance management, and adherence to training standards
- Ensure new hire training objectives are met and track progress to identify skill gaps
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in call center training or learning and development
- 1+ years of supervisory and leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
