Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning System Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the learning management system (LMS) ensuring accurate course setup and record maintenance
  • Maintain learner training records to support reporting, compliance, and audits
  • Generate and analyze training reports and collaborate to align learning processes with established standards


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in learning administration, training coordination, or HR operations
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, including reporting and record management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
