Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning System Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the learning management system (LMS) ensuring accurate course setup and record maintenance
- Maintain learner training records to support reporting, compliance, and audits
- Generate and analyze training reports and collaborate to align learning processes with established standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in learning administration, training coordination, or HR operations
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, including reporting and record management
- Proficiency in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
