Job Summary
To support a growing educational technology ecosystem, the full-time salaried Learning Systems Administrator will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) environments, oversee platform governance, user access, and data accuracy while providing operational support remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee LMS platform administration, including configuration, user management, and performance monitoring
- Provide Tier 2 support for complex LMS-related issues and ensure data accuracy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support adjacent educational technology systems and maintain documentation of LMS configurations and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or educational technology, preferably in a remote environment
- 1-2 years of experience using Google Workspace in a professional or academic setting
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems at the platform-administrator level
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as OneRoster, LTI, or SAML is preferred
