A company is looking for a Learning Systems Analytics Manager to manage and optimize the data infrastructure of its global learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage API integrations and data feeds between the LMS and enterprise systems
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Provide advanced technical support for LMS-related issues and conduct onboarding sessions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of LMS administration or enterprise system management experience
• Strong expertise in SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting and API integrations
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel for data visualization
• Familiarity with identity management and SSO/IdP platforms
• Experience resolving complex system errors and data anomalies
