Learning Systems Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Systems Analytics Manager to architect, optimize, and sustain the data infrastructure behind its global learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage API integrations and data feeds between the LMS and enterprise systems to ensure accurate user provisioning
• Develop dashboards and reporting using analytics tools to deliver actionable insights to various stakeholders
• Provide advanced technical support for LMS-related issues and conduct onboarding sessions for administrators

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of LMS administration or enterprise system management experience with a strong technical focus
• Hands-on expertise with SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting, APIs, and HRIS/LMS integrations
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel for data visualization and reporting
• Familiarity with identity management and SSO/IdP platforms
• Experience resolving complex system errors and data anomalies
