Job Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences, the full-time remote Learning Systems Designer will manage LMS platforms, create interactive courses, and analyze learning data to drive performance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain LMS platforms while optimizing the learner experience
• Design and develop engaging, learner-centered courses using instructional design principles
• Analyze learning data to assess effectiveness and provide insights for course improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development
• Hands-on experience building and managing LMS platforms
• Proficiency in creating interactive and multimedia learning content
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
• Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvements
