Job Summary

Representing Meta, the full-time remote Learning Systems Designer will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive measurable performance outcomes while managing LMS platforms and utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain LMS platforms, ensuring optimal learner experience and effective course structure
• Design and develop interactive, learner-centered courses using sound instructional design principles and creative design thinking
• Analyze learning data to track course completion metrics and provide insights for improving training outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development
• Hands-on experience building and managing LMS platforms
• Proficiency in creating interactive and multimedia learning content
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
• Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvements
