Learning Systems Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning System Operations Specialist to support their learning ecosystem and ensure smooth operation of learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for learning system support inquiries and manage related requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues and execute operational tasks related to user management and reporting
• Create and maintain documentation such as job aids and SOPs, while collaborating with various departments to improve workflows

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience supporting LMS or HR systems
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Percipio, Workday Learning)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with compliance-driven environments and vendor coordination experience
