Learning Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Systems and Operations Specialist, Part Time Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the LMS, including courseware assignments and learner access
• Monitor and validate learner data feeds from Workday to ensure synchronization within the LMS
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide real-time support for LMS-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing or managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience troubleshooting LMS workflows and integrations
• Strong experience with reporting and data analysis within LMS platforms
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
