Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Learning Technologist to develop and implement multimedia and digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives aligned to business strategy
• Lead projects focused on system enhancements, eLearning development, and multimedia production
• Ensure effective integration of learning technologies across LMS and LXP platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Learning Technology, Adult Learning, Graphic Design, Education, Communications, or related field
• Experience administering and building integrations for LMS and LXP platforms
• Proficiency in multimedia production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for learning content development
• Knowledge of adult learning principles applied in a business environment
