Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Technologist responsible for the technical development and implementation of multimedia and learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and enhance LMS and LXP platforms, ensuring seamless system integration
Develop eLearning solutions and multimedia content using various tools and technologies
Lead technical aspects of training initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Learning Technology, Graphic Design, Education, or related field
Experience with administering and integrating LMS/LXP platforms, preferably Docebo
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience in developing eLearning using Articulate 360 or similar tools
Understanding of adult learning principles applied in business environments
