Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Technology Coordinator for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides frontline and escalated troubleshooting support for learning platforms, managing user requests and coordinating vendor support as needed
  • Handles day-to-day platform and user management, including account setup, access requests, and routine audits
  • Supports the maintenance and delivery of learning content, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for learners
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role
  • Ability to follow established processes for platform, user, and content-related tasks
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple concurrent requests
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and content administration is preferred
  • Interest in learning technology or adult education through relevant experience or coursework
