Learning Technology Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Technology Lead to join their Global Learning & Organizational Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement the technical strategy for learning technologies and manage the integration of new platforms
• Supervise the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure data integrity and performance
• Provide technical support and training for instructional designers and content developers on learning technology tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Educational Technology
• 5+ years of experience in learning technology administration, development, and support
• Deep technical expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
